At TRACO we provide a wide range of professional training services focused specifically at the construction industry. Providing the knowledge and skills to provide employers with ready to go staff for entry level roles.
Practical Skills
70% of our training involves hands on skills based training allowing the pupil to gain knowledge and confidence and to ensure that from day 1 on site they are a safe, useful and productive team member.
We provide trainees with industry qualifications, practical knowledge and the confidence to succeed.
Training Facilities
Our training facilities are state of the art combining technology based information sessions with practical based training pods: where pupils learn skills such as dry walling, painting and decorating, plastering, brickwork, basic plumbing and how to labour on skilled trades.
Modules also cover site security, fencing, health and safety, loading and unloading, scaffolding amongst many other specialist areas such as ICF, groundwork, setting out and the use of specialist equipment.
